It was a packed house this morning at The View, Seaford Head, as we welcomed Laura Peerless, Nutrition Coach at Whittfit Training Gym.
Laura delivered an engaging and practical session on how to fuel your body for fitness, performance, and overall wellbeing. As we step into autumn, her advice on balanced nutrition and small, sustainable changes was a timely reminder of how looking after ourselves supports not only our health but also our businesses.

Whether training for performance or simply wanting to stay energised and resilient through the colder months, Laura’s tips gave us all something we can put into practice straight away.
