Christmas Magic well and truly lived up to its name today
The sun shone (thank you, December gods), the town was buzzing, and Seaford turned out in force to soak up the festive atmosphere. Street stalls and shops were busy, lanterns were made with great creativity, and there were plenty of chance meet-ups with friends along the way, the very best kind of Christmas socialising.
As dusk fell, the lantern parade brought a proper feel-good moment, with glowing lights winding through the streets and lots of proud smiles on show.
From the stage, Neal Richardson, President of Seaford Chamber of Commerce, encouraged everyone to keep that Christmas Magic going by continuing to shop locally and support our brilliant independent businesses in the weeks ahead.
The day was rounded off perfectly with the announcement of the Best Dressed Window winners, chosen by a public vote, celebrating the creativity, effort and festive spirit of our local shops who helped make the town look so wonderful.
The best dressed window winner 2025 was to Cooper & Son.
The Runners-up were Seaford Health Store and Mr Cycles.
A cracking day of community, colour and Christmas cheer.
