Mercread Youth Centre is a registered charity (number 1201236) dedicated to supporting and empowering young people in our community. We provide a safe and inclusive space where young individuals can socialise, engage in personal development activities, and access support that fosters their wellbeing. Our programs are designed to help young people navigate challenges such as gender identification, sexual orientation, and food poverty, all while building resilience and a sense of belonging.

Through a range of positive activities, including art, sport, educational workshops, and more, we aim to create opportunities for personal and social growth. Our committed team of staff and volunteers are here to listen, guide, and encourage young people, helping them to discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and become active contributors to society.
