Member Spotlight: Mayo Wynne Baxter Give Back to Seaford
We love seeing our members rolling up their sleeves to make a difference locally — and that’s exactly what the team at Mayo Wynne Baxter have done!
Recently, a group of their staff volunteered their time for a community litter pick right here in Seaford. With some of the team both living and working in town, this project was close to their hearts.
8 team members gave up two hours each, with a couple staying for an hour — totalling around 14 hours of volunteering.
Together they filled 7 full bags of litter.
Their focus? The two fields behind the Martello Tower.
Here’s what one team member had to say:
“It was inspiring to see what a difference just a couple of hours each made. We were all surprised with how much litter we collected – it was incredibly satisfying to see the before and after, and you felt like you had made a real difference to the people who enjoy using those spaces, as well as having a positive impact on the natural environment.”
A massive well done to the Mayo Wynne Baxter team for their time, energy, and care for our community. This is Seaford spirit at its best!
