Now a Seaford Christmas Magic tradition, Seaford Chamber of Commerce judged the annual Best Dressed Window competition.
Each year, the shop owners in the town dress their windows with festive designs to be showcased at the Seaford Christmas Magic event.
This year the response from the town was fantastic! With record participation and good weather, the event was a huge success. The judges, this year, Clare Davis (President for Seaford Chamber of Commerce) and Nazish Adil (The Mayor of Seaford) had a tough job judging the winners.
The winner of the Best Dressed Window Competition 2019 went to the very deserving, Be Creative.
Be Creative spent hours making a stunning, gingerbread recreation of Seaford’s town centre. Be sure to visit at dusk when it is all lit up and in action and pop in for all your craft and creative needs!
Runner-up awards were handed out to Wynne’s and Peter Trevor Fine Jewellers for their efforts.
Peter Trevor Fine Jewellers had a subtle yet beautiful display incorporating a huge range of their jewellery.
The other runner-up prize went to Wynne’s.
With a nostalgic approach, Wynne’s display featured Father Christmas asleep in front of a log fire.
We would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who got involved. It was a fantastic day and every window that got involved added to the festivities. Make sure you go out to see all the window displays in the town and shop local.
