The Chamber wants to help its members take full advantage of any sales opportunities that arise in the current business climate.
As a valued Chamber member, your business has the opportunity of a 'mystery shopper experience' The objective being to report back to you how your business and staff perform, when dealing with a prospective customer.
This may well include you, depending on who deals with the prospective customer at the time that the mystery shopper calls!
All feedback will be confidential. So far 5 of your chamber colleagues have been mystery shopped and found the feedback useful and valuable
Each month a draw will take place and the lucky winner will be 'mystery shopped'
