Sam has over seventeen years' experience as a chef. He is creative and innovative and produces fabulous, unusual and interesting Pies and Quiches for sale. These include a selection of Steak Pies such as Steak, Red Wine and Baby Onion Pie, Peppered Steak Pie, Steak, Guinness and Mushroom Pie; Chicken Pies, such as Chicken, Leek and Bacon Pie, Chicken Cashew and Mixed Pepper Pie as well as a Lamb and Apricot Pie and Lamb and Mint Pie. We also offer a range of Vegetarian Pies, such as Mushroom, Spinach and Goats Cheese Pie with a White Sauce. We also sell a wide range of Quiches, including a traditional Quiche Lorraine, as well as the following: Leek, Bacon and Gruyere Mixed Pepper and Chorizo Sausage; Chicken and Spinach; Salmon and Prawn, and Smoked Fish as well as Vegetarian options. We also do take-away Baguettes and Sandwiches and can deliver anything over £10. All of our products are of the highest quality and we use fresh, local produce as much as possible.
